How we keep your address

When you leave your email address on this page, this is what we keep, why, for how long, and how to have it deleted.

Who we are

Isogram is made by Nowei OÜ, a company registered in Estonia (registry code 17529986), Tartu mnt 67/1-13b, 10115 Tallinn, Estonia. We decide what happens to the address you give us.

What we keep

Why

To send you the one mail you asked for: word on the day isogram is out, with the link to download it. Isogram is coming in December. Before that we send one mail to check the address is yours, and nothing more until you confirm it. No newsletter, and we never sell or share your address.

The ground we keep it on is your consent, given twice: in the form, and with the button in that first mail.

Analytics

If you accept on this site's banner, it loads Google Analytics, which sets cookies to count visits: which pages are read, how a visitor arrived, and roughly from where (country or city) and on what kind of device. Google Ireland Limited processes this for us under Google's data processing terms, and Google may also process it in the United States under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. Google Analytics does not keep your IP address, and it never learns the email address you give us. If you decline, or do nothing, Google Analytics is never loaded and it sets no cookie. You can change your mind at any time with "Cookie settings" at the foot of every page. The detailed records are kept for two months; only totals remain after that. The ground is your consent, given on the banner.

For how long

Who handles it for us

Each has the address only as far as its job needs.

Leaving, and your rights

Every mail we send has a link to leave the list: one press, and nothing more comes to you.

You can ask us what we keep about you, to correct it, or to delete it now, by writing to us through the contact form. You can also complain to Estonia's Data Protection Inspectorate, aki.ee.
